These terms and conditions govern your use of Allround Maritime Services Inc. services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Allround Maritime Services Inc. provides international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and related logistics services. All services are subject to these terms and conditions, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
All quotations are subject to change based on actual shipment details, carrier availability, and market conditions. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
The client is responsible for:
Allround Maritime Services Inc. liability is limited as permitted by applicable law. We recommend adequate cargo insurance for all shipments. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or the limits established by applicable conventions and regulations.
Cargo insurance is available upon request. We strongly recommend insurance coverage for all shipments. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms of the applicable insurance policy.
Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. We reserve the right to hold cargo until all charges are paid.
Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within the time limits prescribed by applicable law, typically within 9 months of delivery for domestic shipments and within the time limits set by international conventions for international shipments.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America.
